All sales are final on digital items. Once files are delivered, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

🎁 Custom & Physical Products
Most physical items are made to order and personalized, which means:
❗ I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Of course, if your item arrives damaged or with a mistake, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so I can make it right.
💡 Before purchasing:
✔️ Double-check that you’re selecting the correct item and personalization (if applicable).
✔️ Make sure your device supports PDF files if you’re ordering a digital item.

Zodra de bestanden zijn geleverd, kan ik helaas geen retouren of omruilingen aanbieden.

🎁 Gepersonaliseerde & Fysieke Producten
De meeste fysieke producten worden op maat gemaakt en gepersonaliseerd.
Daarom geldt het volgende:
❗ Retourneren of ruilen is niet mogelijk.
Is je product beschadigd aangekomen of is er iets mis? Neem dan binnen 5 dagen na ontvangst contact met me op. Ik kijk graag mee naar een passende oplossing.
💡 Voor je bestelt:
✔️ Controleer goed of je het juiste artikel hebt gekozen – en of de personalisatie klopt (indien van toepassing).
✔️ Bestel je een digitaal bestand? Zorg ervoor dat je apparaat PDF-bestanden kan openen.
